Raffaella Antinucci is Associate Professor of English Literature at the University of Naples “Parthenope”. Her main areas of research include Victorian culture and fiction, comparative literatures, and corpus stylistics. She is the author of a monograph on the literary representations of the Victorian gentleman (2009) and of a study on Jane Austen’s Emma (2018). She has co-edited a volume on maritime terminology and sea literature (Navigating Maritime Languages and Narratives, Peter Lang, 2017) and a collection of essays on the terminology of traditional Neapolitan arts and crafts (Cambridge Scholars, 2019). She is a member of CUSVE (Centre for Victorian and Edwardian Studies) and of the editorial board of the academic journal «Traduttologia». |
